Two-Headed Gecko

“A gecko with a head on each end was found in an antique shop of Huaihua City, Central China’s Hunan Province on June 3, 2008. The gecko is about 10 cm long. It crawls slowly but can move toward the opposite direction without turning its head.” LINK

  1. sorry, lots of geckos have fake heads. they want predators to go for their tail instead of their actual head. the backwards walking is just a defensive mechanism to encourage a potential predator to fall for the trick. they don't do it all the time, just when stressed, or frightened. the tails have evolved to be fat and short, and usually have a snout shaped end. it is very clever, but not really a second head.
