JESUS SPOTTED IN WALLINGFORD TREE

“A Wallingford tree has been drawing a crowd since some people declared a symbol from the heavens appeared on it. Several people reported seeing the image of Jesus in the bark of a tree on North Main Street last week. “I think there could be something to it, just the way it’s formed after the limb was broken off,” said Carolyn Massoni, of Wallingford. One visitor left a cross at the foot of the tree, and David Doolittle, whose family has owned the home where the tree is located for more than a century, consulted a priest.
