Underwater Church Reappears

“You might call it an act of God. A severe drought in Venezuela has exposed a church — pictured in 2008 and on February 21, 2010 — that had been inundated when a hydroelectric dam was built in 1985. The 82-foot-tall church and the Andean town of Potosi were flooded to establish the Uribante-Caparo water reservoir to power the plant, which is currently operating at just 7 percent of its capacity, according to the Reuters service. Jesus found at church

A man found Jesus — when he spotted what looks like Christ’s face on a church wall.

Alan Stocks, 40, noticed the likeness while taking a break between customers outside his barber's shop.

The image has a beard like Jesus and a crown of thorns made from moss growing on the stone.

The wall runs down one side of Greenock Westburn Church in the Inverclyde town. A delighted Alan said: “I noticed the face on the wall as soon as I saw it — it’s incredible. LINK
