Melting Wooden Sculptures

French design duo rémy clémente and morgan maccari of Bonsoir Paris have designed 'duramen series', consisting of three sculptures. For each piece, the shape of a picture frame has been manipulated to a point where it can no longer function as such, but still remains recognizable. the forms have been carved, sanded and finished by hand, out of various types of woods such as oak and fir. The contrast between the natural colors of and textures of the material help define the detailed contours of the carvings. LINK

To turn the volume down, simple squeeze the skin to the desired volume. This creates a more tactile and visual experience for the user, where functions do not have to be operated by simply pressing buttons.

In a peaceful forest, a tree falls. Nobody sees it, is it beautiful? If that tree is found, can it be glorious? Or is glory found within the painting upon the wood? Wood Eye blink art? Chromatica

A couple of weeks ago a game called Tri Towers Solitaire.
From the same creator comes Chromatica.

Use your mouse to select and move shapes. Remove shapes by placing 4 or more of them in a diagonal or vertical row. Shapes can be moved to any location as long as they have a clear path. When a shape is selected, it can be moved to are highlighted in white. Create multiple lines in a row to increase the score multiplier. LINK
