Pachelbel Canon In D guy does impossible with dual intruments at the same time!

Guy skillfully plays Canon In D on acoustic guitar and piano at the same time. This requires a lot of coordination and concentration. Recorded on a Canon 7D with Zoom H4n. Piano used is a Yamaha C7 Grand. The guy playing also produces pop, rock, and hip hop tracks for major label EMI. LINK: Youtube

Track Robots

Mobile robotic video playback system created for a video post production company in NYC back in 2000. Robots were powered and traveled on a cieling mounted track. We used a busway from Universal Electric Corp. This is an analog to digital conversion as the only digital copy got corrupted. LINK: Youtube

A Train That Lays Tracks

(YouTube link)

Trains go where other vehicles can’t, but only if there are tracks in those places. So it only makes sense to lay train tracks with a train! The P811-S Track Renewal Train does just that. This train finished the line to Overpelt, Belgium on May 5 of this year. -Via: The Presurfer, Via: Neatorama

UAZ Tracked Edition

One Russian farmer got tired to get to his farm so he decided to replace the wheels with tracks on his Russian UAZ car.

Now it’s for sale and he says that he can satisfy the market with his own version of UAZ, UAZ-Tracked Edition. Probably each farmer dreams of his own small tank. LINK

Five Tracks

This picture of tracks in Lakehurst, New Jersey looks quite intriguing. Can you guess what they are for?

In order for a plane to safely land on an aircraft carrier without racing off the end, its tailhook needs to be ‘caught’ by arresting cables attached to the carrier’s deck (see here). these cables need to be extremely strong and durable but also flexible enough so as not to stop the plane too quickly. these 5 test tracks, located at navair in lakehurst, are dedicated to testing these very systems and the emergency barricades. Half Tank

This half tank could use and its four wheels and the two tracks on its sides. When it needs a high speed it lifts the tracks and moves very fast, on paved roads etc, but when it gets stuck in some heavy mud and four wheel drive is not enough it emerges its two tracks and can get out of some heavy swamps. And if the inflated rubber wheels get shot flat or burned down he can also use tracks - the wheels are not necessary when it moves on tracks. LINK
