This is a slideshow I put together to aware people about the endangerment of tigers. They are the third most endangered species of animals and we need to do something about it.
The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species (T.I.G.E.R.S.) is educating people about animals and rescuing endangered animals. They are a great organization that does so much to help the earth.
In Myrtle Beach they have a reservation and a preservation station. The preservation station is a free live tiger exhibit which was made to fund raise for the Golden Tabby Tiger, the rarest cat on earth. LINK: Youtube

Lemur’s Eyes Vs. Tasty Fruit

“With striking green eyes and a fluffy red and black coat, it’s easy to see why this cute little lemur is causing a stir. But at two weeks old, staff at the Scottish safari park where Ruffles resides are still unsure whether the animal is a boy or a girl. The red-ruffed lemur was pictured today getting to grips with its new surroundings… ‘They are endangered in the wild and we are pleased to have a new arrival here.’ Although for now it mostly stays beside its mother, curiosity got the better of it when it was presented with a pear. Ms Morrison added: ‘It was very taken with it and started licking it. But it’s being fed by mum for now.” LINK

Endangered Leopard Cubs Born Against the Odds

Two newborn clouded leopard cubs made it safely into the world at the National Zoo's Conservation and Research Center in Front Royal, Va. Immediately taken from their mom, so she could do them no harm, they were placed in an incubator and fed salt water from baby bottles. It's the zoo's first leopard birth in 16 years and a rare sight for everyone to behold. LINK

Endangered: The Most Dangerous Bird on Earth

The rainforest of the northeastern coast of Australia is home to the Southern Cassowary and as the third largest bird on the planet it is strange that its reputation is not greater. Certainly, it is a remarkable looking animal, almost like something out of ‘Jurassic Park' with its large casque (a horn like crest which indicates age and dominance) positioned, dinosaur-like on its forehead. Estimates vary but it is thought that only around 1500 of this mysterious and ancient creature still survive in the wild.

The Guinness World Record Book puts them at the top of the list of birds dangerous to man. LINK

Endangered Sea Dragon Pregnant

“A weedy sea dragon at the Georgia Aquarium has something to celebrate this Father’s Day. One of the rare creatures is pregnant for only the third time ever at a U.S. aquarium, aquarium officials said. But don’t look for the expectant mom - dads carry the eggs in this family.”. LINK
